Return Period
Due to the nature of perfumes, opened products are generally not eligible for returns or exchanges.
However, eligible orders are covered by our 3-Day Confidence Guarantee. Customers may test their fragrance for up to 3 days after receiving their order. If the fragrance does not meet expectations in terms of scent performance or overall experience, a return or exchange request may be submitted subject to the eligibility conditions below.
For unopened products with the seal fully intact, customers may also request a return within 3 days of receiving their order. Please note that all returned items are inspected and verified before approval.
Confidence Guarantee Eligibility Conditions
To qualify for a return or exchange under the 3-Day Confidence Guarantee, the following conditions must be met:
- The request must be submitted within 3 days of delivery.
- The bottle must remain mostly full with only minimal usage (1-3ml max).
- The original box, packaging, and accessories must be included.
- Products showing excessive usage, intentional damage, or tampering will not be eligible.
- Aroma Perfuma reserves the right to inspect and verify all returned items before approving a refund or exchange.
- The Confidence Guarantee may be limited in cases of suspected misuse or repeated claims.

Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed promptly through your chosen payment method — either the original payment method or another preferred option.
Customer Responsibility
If a return is requested without meeting the conditions above, the return will not be accepted, and the customer will be informed.
In cases where a return or exchange is approved, the customer will be responsible for all shipping fees related to returning or replacing the item.
