Return Period

Due to the nature of perfumes, opened products are generally not eligible for returns or exchanges.

However, eligible orders are covered by our 3-Day Confidence Guarantee. Customers may test their fragrance for up to 3 days after receiving their order. If the fragrance does not meet expectations in terms of scent performance or overall experience, a return or exchange request may be submitted subject to the eligibility conditions below.

For unopened products with the seal fully intact, customers may also request a return within 3 days of receiving their order. Please note that all returned items are inspected and verified before approval.

Confidence Guarantee Eligibility Conditions

To qualify for a return or exchange under the 3-Day Confidence Guarantee, the following conditions must be met:

• The request must be submitted within 3 days of delivery.
• The bottle must remain mostly full with only minimal usage (1-3ml max).
• The original box, packaging, and accessories must be included.
• Products showing excessive usage, intentional damage, or tampering will not be eligible.
• Aroma Perfuma reserves the right to inspect and verify all returned items before approving a refund or exchange.
• The Confidence Guarantee may be limited in cases of suspected misuse or repeated claims.

To maintain hygiene, authenticity, and product integrity, all returned items must meet the following conditions:

• Unopened products must have the seal completely intact.
• Products returned under the 3-Day Confidence Guarantee must remain mostly full with only minimal usage (1-3ml max).
• All original packaging, boxes, and accessories must be included and in good condition.
• Products showing excessive usage, intentional damage, or tampering will not be eligible for return or exchange.
